    I offer a wide range of services including custom color, color corrections, hand-tied extensions, tailored cuts, blowouts, styling, and more.   • How do I book an appointment?
    You can easily book an appointment by filling out the Book an Appointment form on the website. Simply provide your contact details, preferred time, and service(s) you’re interested in. I’ll confirm availability and get back to you shortly to finalize your appointment.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    I work by appointment only to ensure I can give each client my full attention. Please use the booking form or contact me directly to schedule your visit.
  • How far in advance should I book my appointment?
    I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for color services and extensions, as these appointments tend to fill up quickly. If you're in a rush, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
  • What should I do before my appointment?
    For the best results, I recommend arriving with clean, dry hair (unless you’re coming in for a color service). If you’re coming in for a color correction, I may ask you to avoid washing your hair for a few days before your appointment, as this helps the color to better adhere to your strands.
  • Do you provide consultations?
    Yes! I offer free consultations to discuss your hair goals, assess your current hair, and determine the best approach for your needs. You can book a consultation through the Book an Appointment form, or contact me directly if you have questions beforehand.
  • How long do hand-tied extensions last?
    Hand-tied extensions typically last 6-8 weeks before needing a move-up. The longevity of your extensions will depend on your hair care routine and how fast your natural hair grows. During a consultation, I’ll provide personalized care recommendations to help keep your extensions looking fabulous.
  • Can I bring photos to my appointment?
    Absolutely! If you have a specific look in mind, bringing photos is a great way to ensure we’re on the same page. I’m here to bring your vision to life!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, I offer gift cards for those looking to treat someone special to a hair transformation. Please contact me directly to purchase a gift card.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and Venmo.
  • Do you require a booking fee?
    Yes, I require a $50 booking fee to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This fee helps ensure that I can dedicate the necessary time and attention to your experience. I strive to provide exceptional results and ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your hair. However, please note that I do not offer refunds, as the booking fee covers the time and expertise I invest in your appointment. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’m committed to making sure you leave feeling your best.
